Copy and Advertising Deadlines

No space changes or cancellations will be accepted after the "Copy & Space Deadline” dates (see Deadlines for this year Document).  Your previous month's ad will be used if you don't meet the “Camera-Ready Deadline.” You are charged for the space you reserved.

General guidelines:

Copy and Space Deadline is three Mondays before the paper is published on Friday Camera Ready deadline is two Fridays before the paper is published.

  For Example:
  Where the 29th is the publish date,
  Copy and Space is due on the 11th
  Camera Ready is due on the 15th.
